Cube Culture LLC requires all customers to be over the age of 18 at the time of purchase. We may request proof of age if an order is suspected to be from a minor. All products in the Psilocybe genera are strictly intended for microscopy and research purposes only. By ordering through our website, you acknowledge that any misuse of these products, including any resulting damages, is your responsibility as the buyer. This includes but is not limited to personal injury and any illegal cultivation of Psilocybe mushrooms. You, as the customer, agree to comply with all federal, state, and local laws regarding the purchase and use of these products.
