To ensure the delivery of the most robust and stable material for study, we obtain cloned and isolated cultures from trusted and verified global sources. These cultures are produced professionally in a commercial lab environment. Each batch undergoes stringent verification processes to confirm their freedom from contaminants, ensuring their viability for study. 

Yes, except in Georgia and Idaho. Our liquid culture syringes are formulated with a special blend of organic, low-dose nutrient solutions. This formulation suspends the mycelium and prevents the production of illegal active alkaloids (psilocin and psilocybin). These alkaloids are only produced when the mycelium is introduced to a nutrient substrate and allowed to further develop. Our cultures are intended exclusively for microscopy purposes. Any inquiries or requests for growth advice cannot be entertained as per legal constraints. Please note that the sale of spores/mycelium capable of producing psilocin and psilocybin is prohibited in Georgia and Idaho, and we do not deliver our products to these states. 

We accept all major credit and debit cards, Google Pay, and Apple Pay via our website. Alternative payment options such as cash by mail, money orders, Cashapp, Zelle, Venmo, and Bitcoin are available upon request. For optimal viability, store the cultures in a refrigerator. Do not freeze as it will damage the live mycelium, rendering it non-viable for study. Though it is recommended to utilize the cultures within three months of receipt, proper storage can extend their viability beyond a year. All cultures are guaranteed for a period of 70 days from the date of delivery.

• 70-Day Guarantee: Our products are assured for 70 days from the delivery date.
• Reshipment & Refund: Within the guarantee period, we offer one complimentary reshipment or a full refund, within reason. However, please be aware that we do not offer reshipments or refunds for orders valued over $60 due to climate-related issues. We advise you to be proactive in retrieving your package promptly. • Chargebacks: If a chargeback is initiated, rest assured that we will contest it. We have a robust system in place to ensure fairness, and we do not condone fraudulent behavior. Any unjustified chargeback will result in a loss for the claimant, with no provision for a refund or reshipment.

Important Note: Our guarantee operates within the bounds of reason. For example, claiming that a substantial order, say worth $500 with 50 syringes, is contaminated even before its delivery will not be entertained.

Our guidance and expertise are limited strictly to their intended purpose for microscopy research. For our legal protection, we will not respond to any inquiries, be it through email, messages, or any other communication channels, that seek information on cultivating or obtaining illegal substances. This policy also extends to requests regarding the purchase of cultivation equipment. We appreciate your understanding and adherence to these guidelines as we strive to maintain a safe and compliant community. Any questions regarding the cultivation or consumption of mushrooms will not receive a response. This is for your and our legal protection.
 

We dispatch orders daily, excluding federal holidays and weekends. The standard cut-off time for shipping orders is 11 AM EST. Orders placed after this time will be shipped the next business day. For example, an order placed at 1 PM EST on Friday will be shipped with Monday’s batch, while an order at 9 AM EST on Friday will be dispatched the same day. Please note that this schedule is subject to change and is not  guaranteed.

This status does not imply that your package hasn’t been shipped. Cube Culture USA uses a post office located in a small rural town, and most packages receive their first tracking scan upon reaching the major shipping hub in Louisville. It’s important to note that USPS does not always scan packages in transit, and updates may not be available until the package is out for delivery. We have no control over USPS tracking updates. If your package tracking shows "Label Created" for more than 72 hours excluding weekends please contact cubecultureusa@gmail.com

For our complimentary shipping option, we use USPS Ground Advantage (previously known as USPS First Class Packages until July 9). Typical shipping times are 2 to 5 days. For an additional $5, customers can opt for expedited shipping using USPS Priority Flat Rate Shipping, with estimated shipping times of 2 to 4 days. (TIME FRAMES ARE ESTIMATED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY SHIPPING TIMES  AS WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER USPS) 

Yes, we ensure discreet delivery for all orders. The exterior of the package will not have any labels indicating its contents. The return name will be listed as CC Supplies. Standard shipments are sent in a 6x9 black padded envelope, while expedited orders are dispatched via USPS small or medium flat-rate boxes.

At CubeCultureUSA, we prioritize the quality and integrity of our products. While we do not supply dry ice or heat packs with our shipments, our decision is backed by thorough research. Our experiments have demonstrated that heat packs fail to maintain temperatures effectively, and shipping with dry ice is not cost-effective. It's worth noting that USPS ensures climate control for all packages up to the point of delivery, including during air transit. Upon dispatch, we provide a tracking number, detailing the estimated day and time of your package's arrival. In cases of extreme temperatures, we strongly advise collecting your package promptly to maintain the product's quality. Please be informed that we do not reship or refund orders valued over $60 due to climate-related concerns. It's crucial to plan accordingly and ensure your package can be retrieved promptly. 

Upon the creation of the shipping label, an automated email containing a 22-digit USPS tracking number will be sent to you. This number can be entered directly into Google or the USPS tracking tool for detailed tracking information. The USPS tracking tool also allows for text notifications on tracking updates, including delivery.
